Delivery Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery to the Customer’s address will be charges for. The Company reserves the right to make an additional charge to cover any increase in transport costs occurring before the date of delivery and/or in respect of delivery outside Normal Branch Working Hours or otherwise.

All orders are delivered using our Company vans (for local deliveries) or Courier (Next Day service as standard) – for some small items we may use the Post Office.

Any time quoted by the Company for despatch or delivery is an estimate only, time for delivery or despatch shall not be of the essence and in no event shall the Company be liable for any damages or penalty for delay in despatch or delivery.

All standard jobs are produced and dispatched normally within 5/7 working days. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Products or the Output Material at the time stated for delivery or fails to give the Company adequate delivery instructions prior to the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customer’s reasonable control or by reason of the Company’s fault) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Company, the Company may store the Products or the Output Material or Created Material until actual delivery and charge the Customer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage or sell the Products or the Output Material or Created Material at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) charge the Customer for any shortfall below the Price, or account to the Customer for the excess over the Price.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing all Products and Output Materials will be packaged in accordance with the Company’s standard practice.

Refund Policy

This policy explains how you handle returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please display this policy on either the product page or the checkout page of your website. wowplasticcards.co.uk makes every effort to refer refund requests to you, the seller, but reserves the right to issue a refund if necessary.

Though “No Refund” Policies are generally permitted wowplasticcards.co.uk strongly recommends against this business practice because it often leads to high customer chargebacks. Please note there are certain situations where wowplasticcards.co.uk cannot permit “No Refund” Policies. If this applies to you, wowplasticcards.co.uk will let you know.

Refund Policy (for Goods)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@wowapplications.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking No.

2. Mail your returned item to: Wow Applications 28 Tithebarn Drive Parkgate Wirral CH64 6RQ

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Products that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
